The FreeStyle Libre 14 Day Sensor:
- Worn up to 14 days on the back of upper arm
- 1-hour warm-up period
- Continuously measures glucose every minute and records reading every 15 minutes
- Stores up to 8 hours of glucose data
- No fingerstick calibration required
- Accurate sensor readings (See FreeStyle Libre User Manual)
- Small size – approximately the size of two stacked quarters
The 14 day sensor will NOT work with a 10-day reader. If you do not have a 14-day reader, you can download the FreeStyle LibreLink app and use your compatible smartphone as a reader. Learn more about compatible phones here.
The FDA requires a prescription for the FreeStyle Libre system.
